Mr. Ulmer C. Stafford

Lebanon, TN 81 Ulmer Stafford was born February 21, 1935 in Granville, Tennessee to the late William and Ethel Stafford. He departed this life on April 6, 2016 after an extended illness at Quality Care Nursing Home in Lebanon, Tennessee. Ulmer was preceded in death by his son, Mark Stafford, siblings: Wilene Seay, Wendell Stafford, John “J.T.” Stafford, and Ralph Stafford. Ulmer graduated from Wilson County High School in 1954. He accepted Christ and was a member of New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. He married Mary Sue Corder in 1957 and to their union two children were born. Ulmer worked at Precision Rubber in Lebanon, Tennessee for over thirty years until his retirement. His favorite past times were fishing, hunting, and working in his garden. Ulmer leaves to cherish his memory, devoted wife of 59 years, Mary Sue Corder Stafford; son, Michael (Margie) Stafford; brother, Harold (Joyce) Stafford of Clinton, Maryland; sisters, Linda (William) Fuqua of Gallatin, Tennessee, Mary Sue (Jimmy) Waters of Lebanon, Tennessee; grandchildren: LaQuasha Smith, Lavarzo Majors, Katrina Simmons, Jermeia Stafford, Jac'Keta Coggins; great grandchildren: Mario Brooks, Jr. and Meiya Brooks-”the love of his heart”, MiKel Smith, Jania Majors, Jordan Majors, Jer'mizzio Coggins, Jalaisha Brown, James Brown, Kameron Simmons, Marrina Simmons, Kai Simmons; sisters-in-law: Doris Beard, Carlene Jenkins, Elizabeth Taylor, Lois Word, Cynthia Alexander, Mai Bell Stafford. Mary Nell Stafford; brothers-in-law: Thomas Corder, Larry Corder; aunt, Catherine White; uncles: Bobby Stafford, Don Stafford and a host of cousins and friends. Passed away at Quality Care Nursing Home. Please keep the Stafford Family in your prayers.
